Similar to our Pro insert, the EDH features a dual-density design. It combines a tough protection shell to absorb extreme forces with our classic Original foam that reduces vibrations. Constructed from high-grade closed-cell foam, the Rimpact EDH ensures maximum durability and resilience. Its unique design offers outstanding impact absorption, minimizing the risk of tire damage and boosting your confidence to tackle any terrain.

However, the EDH isn’t just about protection—it also provides unmatched support, vibration dampening, and run-flat performance. Its optimized shape enhances traction and stability, especially beneficial for heavier Ebike chassis and high-speed downhill runs. We’ve also improved its durability, allowing it to withstand the rotational forces from the motor and last much longer.

The Pro V2 insert is an evolution of our highly acclaimed Pro insert, praised by media outlets worldwide. If you’re looking for the ultimate in protection, support, and weight ratio, the Rimpact Pro V2 is your go-to choice. Its dual-layered design offers maximum protection and support while remaining lightweight, easy to install, and excellent at vibration dampening. Rimpact Inserts must be used with an insert-compatible valve.

The EDH is optimized for 2.5” tires and 35mm internal rims. While it’s compatible with narrower setups, installing it becomes significantly more challenging for smaller sizes. Unless you’re skilled at insert installation, the Pro V2 is a more suitable option for 2.4” and 30mm rims.

To ensure complete coverage of the insert’s extra surface area, use about 25% more sealant than recommended on the bottle. Although our inserts are closed-cell and can’t absorb liquid, some sealant will stick to the outside, so a slightly higher dosage is required. You can inject it through Rimpact Valves, but it’s best poured directly into the tire.
